30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund — no questions asked, no return shipping fees.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@lowkeypositive.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack your item(s) securely and drop them off at any eligible carrier location.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Want a different size or colour? We recommend returning your original item for a full refund and placing a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you need.
